There is no such thing as defect free software and we see our role in the development cycle as being the people that find, quantify and manage out those defects. When testing is done well these defects are found and fixed earlier in the lifecycle, making the development process more streamlined. While it's not possible to 'test quality into a product' we can bring the measurement of quality into the development process as a whole.
We bring efficiencies to our work, and to any project, that enable delivery of software faster, cheaper and better. Our competencies are best displayed in shaping test activities within a project and programme environment.
The TCL team and our delivery processes have been repeatedly proven and reinforced in many challenging industries and environments. We are able to resource and deliver any aspect of the software testing required by a project or programme. We are also experienced in the provision of strategic consultancy to organisations looking to establish mature practice and to measure the effectiveness of the testing approaches they are using.
Our own testing projects are delivered using a structured approach developed by our lead practitioners and founders. This S.M.a.R.T. (Structured, Managed and Realistic Testing) approach takes the product based planning concept found in Prince 2, and builds a framework in which our consultants deliver. We use this approach to give our clients clear visibility and control of our assignments, particularly when they are delivered from multiple teams and time zones.

We only use experienced software testing professionals, and we assure client satisfaction through dedicated operations management. Our resourcing models include teams based in the UK, US and India. We are able to extend the operations of our teams to match any time zone as required by the Client.
